For Gyms
- Gym name
- Gym photos
- Gym location and contact details
- Gym certification or license details (if provided)
For Trainers
- Trainer name
- Trainer profile photo
- Trainer certification details
- Trainer experience and specialization
For Customers
- Name
- Contact details
- Account information
- Gym check-in activity
- Trainer session bookings
The collected information is used only to display gym and trainer details to customers and to provide fitness services through the platform.
2. Use of Information
We use collected information to:
- Show gym and trainer profiles to customers
- Allow customers to book trainer sessions
- Manage gym check-ins
- Improve platform services
- Provide account management features
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties.
Gym photos, trainer profiles, and certificates are displayed only within the application to help customers view gym and trainer details.
4. Trainer Session Policy
When a customer purchases trainer sessions:
- Sessions must be used within the valid period.
- If a scheduled session is missed, it will be considered used/expired.
- Any unused sessions will expire after 30 days (1 month) from the purchase date.
Expired sessions cannot be reused or refunded.
5. Fitness Pass Policy
When a customer uses a Fitness Pass:
- The pass becomes linked to the first gym where the customer checks in.
- The pass will remain valid only for that same gym.
- The pass cannot be used at other gyms once the first check-in is completed.
6. Account Deletion
Users have the option to delete their account from the application.
When an account is deleted:
- The account is initially marked as soft deleted.
- During this period, the user cannot access or use the account.
- After 30 days, the account and all associated data are permanently deleted from the system.
- Once permanently deleted, the account cannot be recovered or restored under any circumstances.
